Tiger Shroff never takes a break from his fitness routine – we mean it. The actor loves to workout in between his shooting schedules even. Tiger’s dedication to fitness is beyond any words and the actor swears by it. Tiger’s workout videos often make their way on his Instagram profile and some of them are definitely not for the faint-hearted. From acing the four swirls in the air before coming down back on the ground to doing somersaults back-to-back in a garden in London, Tiger makes us wonder if there is anything at all that he cannot do.
On Thursday, Tiger shared a short snippet of how his fitness routine in between his shooting schedule of his upcoming films look like – we are smitten beyond words. Tiger shared an Instagram reel documenting a part of his fitness routine in a workout arena organised by his colleague from the film industry Jackky Bhagnani. No wonder, Tiger is loving the space and hence, he quickly took up a few of his fitness routines to perform.
In the video, Tiger can be seen starting by flexing his muscles and pumping himself up. Then he can be seen working on his back muscles by stretching his arms with a gym equipment. In the next part of the video, Tiger can be seen lifting weights. He rounded off his fitness routine with animal flow pullups. He captioned his video with a token of thanks for Jackky for organising the workout arena – ” Thank you Jackky Bhgnani for organizing a place to train in between shots. In no time, Tiger’s Instagram video was flooded with likes and comments from his friends, family and fans. The best comments came from Tiger’s sister Krishna Shroff and mother Ayesha Shroff. Krishna, who is equally a fitness enthusiast, dropped a fire emoticon, while Ayesha Shroff added multiple red heart emoticons to Tiger’s post.
The exercise routine performed by Tiger comes with multiple health benefits. Weightlifting helps in reducing the muscle mass and keeping the body physically and mentally healthy. Pullups, on the other hand, helps in strengthening the back, arm and shoulder muscles.
