Weight loss story: “I started my mornings with a special fat burning kadha and lost 13 kilos in 52 days”

My breakfast: I used to start my day with lukewarm Kadha(with Lemon, Bay leaves, Tulsi drop, Turmeric powder, Black pepper powder, Black salt, Ginger). I skipped having breakfast because I was following Intermittent Fasting.

My lunch: I completely stopped having white rice, wheat flour chapatis. I also limited oil, sugar, table salt and potato consumption. So my lunch was :

A) Green moong dal (sprouted) boiled Soup + 3 Moong dal chilla (without a drop of Oil) + a big bowl of Vegetables and Fruits Salad

Or

B) 3 Eggs Boiled or Omelette (without a drop of Oil) + a big bowl of Vegetables and Fruits Salad

Or

C) Green moong dal (sprouted) boiled Soup + 3 Moong dal chilla (without a drop of Oil) + 3 Eggs Boiled or Omelette (without a drop of Oil)

My dinner: I made sure to finish dinner by 8 p.m. It used to be mostly light, such as Boiled Vegetable Salad + Moong dal chilla + One big bowl of Soup.

Pre-workout meal: None as such, just water.

Post-workout meal: It is the same as my morning drink.

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): I never had any cheat meals during the journey, only except on my birthday which was on 3rd June.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Low-calorie meals like Sprouted Moong Salad, Moong Dal Chilla, Vegetables and Fruits Salad.
