Weight loss story: “I had salads for lunch everyday and ZERO cheat meals to lose 20 kilos”

My breakfast: I would usually have masala oats, fruits or dry fruits. Nothing packaged or processed.

My lunch: Sprouts or paneer with black coffee, salads with different seasonal fruits and veggies.

My dinner: Veg soup or stir-fried or tossed tofu.

Pre-workout meal: Avacado/ BCAA drink

Post- workout meal: Protein bar or nuts and seeds of different kinds.

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): I had a very short target to lose weight. I am happy to say that I never cheated once in these 3 months 🙂

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Paneer bhurji, tawa paneer, paneer tandoori (anything paneer), sprouts bhel, green moong daal etc.
