My breakfast: Morning roasted fenugreek seed powder one tablespoon on empty stomach with water and tea with milk and Jaggery. Since I followed intermittent fasting, I had no breakfast.
My lunch: Mixed millet and black gram Dosa or idli, Ragi dosa or idli or roti, moong dal dosa or idli, jowar roti or dosa, wheat rava upma, with groundnut and coconut chutney or any curries. Avoid rice or rice flour or maida flour, instead use ragi, jowar or millets.
Evening snack: Tea with milk and Jaggery.
My dinner: 2 multi grain atta chapati without oil and one cup of curry (lady finger fry, Ivy gourd fry, ridgegourd curry, paneer curry,chole masala, rajma masala, beans fry, dal, drumstick, carrot, beans, capcicum masal, green leafs. Avoided potato and brinjal and other vegetables)
Pre-workout meal: Morning roasted fenugreek seed powder one tablespoon on empty stomach with water, tea with milk and Jaggery.
Post- workout meal: No post workout meal, on lunch.
I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): On Sundays, I ate 1 bowl of rice with chicken or fish curry, rice or chapati with chicken or fish curry.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Wheat rava upma.
