She revealed earlier this year that she’d added weight training to her gym routine.

And it appears former WAG Nadia Bartel is getting stronger by the day.

Posting to her Instagram Stories on Friday, the 36-year-old shared footage of her grueling leg-day workout alongside her personal trainer.

In one video, Nadia revealed her leg strength by doing three rounds of hamstring exercises which consisted of her laying on the edge of a bench and lifting a weighted bar up.

Another exercise saw the mother of two doing single dumbbell exercises.

Her final workout saw her doing some lunges while holding up a dumbbell in each arm.

‘I hate these and I am not great at them,’ she wrote.

Nadia said last month she wanted to focus on her training after taking a few weeks off because of her busy schedule. 

‘Finally back in the gym this morning,’ she wrote on Instagram alongside a throwback photo from when she was fitter. 

‘My glutes do not look like this now… I lose muscle easily… more like flat pancakes at the mo,’ she added.

Nadia revealed she’d had a month off from training but was getting back into it.

‘It’s been about four weeks since I have trained (or even walked) due to sickness… Just busy mum and work life but trying not to beat myself up about it,’ she explained.

‘As life gets busy… training is always the first thing I drop when that happens. Normally I find it hard to get started again but trying not to go back to that negative thinking as when I find time to train that’s why I feel best mentally.’
