Another great exercise for a defined jawline is the dumbbell technique. To try this exercise, keep your back straight and lift your chin up, looking at the sky. Now open your mouth wide, and slowly close it back. You should feel the strain on your cheeks and double chin. Do this a couple of times, relax and then repeat. The more you practice it, the faster you will get a more defined jawline.
