Kelsea Ballerini Flexes Her Epic Abs In A Bra Top In TikTok Video

  • Kelsea Ballerini posted an adorable TikTok of herself embracing some Fourth of July festivities in a red, star-printed bra top last week.
  • In the video, the 28-year-old singer dances around a bit, and her toned abs are taking center stage as she shows off her matching set.
  • Kelsea attributes her strong bod to the strength training workouts she does with her trainer three times a week.

Okay, Kelsea Ballerini is *totally* glowing in a recent TikTok video, where she’s showing off her adorable, festive summertime outfit. Oh, and her washboard abs are on full display the whole time.

In the video, Kelsea reenacts Legally Blonde 2’s iconic soundbite: “You look like the Fourth of July!” It’s true, Kelsea, you do!

And I’m not the only one who thinks so: “omg this fit… i am OBSESSED!!! and the red lip, SO TRUE,” wrote one fan. Another asked the simple question everyone is wondering: “Why are you so dang cute 🥰?”

Kelsea, 28, does strength training intervals to stay strong and ready to hit the stage. She works with celebrity trainer Erin Oprea three days a week, alternating between two exercises that target specific muscle groups. It’s a 45-minute endeavor, but then she’s done for the day, she told Shape.

Kelsea and Erin check off exercises that use weights and some bodyweight work, too. The variety challenges different muscles, Erin told WH. “You have to hit all angles,” she said. Sumo squats are one of the duo’s favorite moves, according to CMT News.

I mean, look at those muscles!

The country singer has said that her workouts with Erin made her realize that “exercise isn’t necessarily for the way I look; it’s also about the way I feel,” per Shape.

And Erin makes it clear that their routines are not easy, but they’re definitely worth it. “Everyone hates me when they’re coming in but loves me when they’re leaving,” she told WH.
