Jordyn Woods‘ intense workout has impressed NBA player boyfriend Karl-Anthony Towns. The 24-year-old model and fitness junkie, fresh from highlighting her massive weight loss in before-and-after photos, has been sharing just how she achieves her super-fit body, and she’s admitted she trains “like an athlete.”
Woods, reported to have dropped 30 pounds after her 2019 cheating scandal, has this year confirmed she’s whittled herself down, although it wasn’t for vanity reasons as the star revealed the tragic loss of her father was the impetus for her health kick. Now, it’s workout central.

See the video below. It came as promo for the star’s Frst Place fitness brand, one now boasting its own app. Posting for her 12 million Instagram followers, the former BFF to Kylie Jenner showed off indoor weight work, agility exercises and ball work, plus herself shooting hoops on a basketball court. Wearing a simple wardrobe of black yoga pants and a training tee, the Pretty Little Thing collaborator kept it fitness-focused, with a caption shouting out her brand.
“Yes I train like an athlete, no I have no other reason except for the fact that I enjoy it😌🥰 @frst.place,” Woods opened, adding:
“This was my first time trying the football thing and I was terrified but it wasn’t as bad as I thought😂 I did sprain my finger shortly after this video was taken while I was playing basketball😔.”
Woods, known for shooting impeccable hoops and recently flaunting her stunning bikini body while on vacation with beau Karl, quickly saw her athlete boyfriend topping comments. “6 days a week you getting it in! Anyone else doing that???” he wrote.

Woods, who recently faced accusations that her slimmed-down body is a result of plastic surgery – and boyfriend Karl defended her – also clocked over 30,000 likes for her post. The SECNDUTURE founder has also been opening up on her weight loss journey overall.
Speaking to Byrdie in August 2021, the California native revealed that shedding the pounds didn’t come with getting skinny as the primary goal.
“When I first started losing weight, I wasn’t doing it to lose weight, and I think that’s why it worked out so well,” she stated. “For me, working out became my therapy. It’s all for your mind, really. When I realized I focused on my mind more than the goals in my body, I lost more weight.”
Woods now comes with two fitness-centric brands to her name – alongside Frst Place, there’s her SECNDNTURE athleisurewear line, one regularly praised for its inclusive campaigns.
