Following a turbulent couple of years with the pandemic, F23 Fitness in Balla are delighted to finally host our first open day this Sunday, June 26, from 12pm to 3pm and they welcome everyone to come along for light refreshments, learn about the services they provide, take part in some in-house challenges and be in with a chance to win some great spot prizes.
F23 Fitness is a community focused gym with flexible training to fit around busy lifestyles. When opening the gym in July 2020 owner Damien Coleman wanted it to be a place where people wouldn’t feel intimidated and where members feel genuinely cared for while being trained by qualified coaches.
Damien wanted it to be somewhere that people can come and forget about the day-to-day stresses of life, take time for themselves and at the same time improve their fitness and wellbeing with a structured workout and follow proven programs.
F23 Fitness pride themselves on their small group personal training classes, their active age programme for the over 55’s, one-on-one personal training along with their youth strength and conditioning classes, which are all led by fully qualified and Garda-vetted coaches. These classes are perfect for both beginners and the more experienced gym goer. F23 Fitness offer a very flexible timetable with early morning and evening classes.
