Naga Munchetty admitted she was “shaken” after sharing an intimate gym selfie on Instagram.
The BBC Breakfast presenter is used to updating her fans with sweaty selfies for her intense workouts, but this weekend the star took it a step further and admitted she had changed up her routine.
Posing in a light blue tank top with a black bra visible underneath, Naga put on a grin for the camera while her skin glistened with perspiration after the intense session.
Her brunette curls were slicked back from her forehead, while Naga added a pair of bright orange wireless headphones to help keep her eye on the prize during her workout.
Naga went make-up free for the snap, with her chocolate brown eyes shining and lashes volumous as ever as she shared a grin surrounded by exercise equipment.
Naga wrote in her caption: “Tried interval training today to shake things up… Consider me shaken!
“Now for a spot of [golf] in the [sun]. Have a lovely Sunday x.”
Her fans soon rushed into the comments section to wish her well, with one writing: “Good for core strength and recovery Naga!” as another quipped: “Shaken not stirred, just how James Bond likes it. Happy Sunday and enjoy the golf gorgeous!”
Someone else told her: “Mmm… sweaty Naga!” as a fourth fan posted: “Interval training’s great – especially when you stop!”
“Looking beautiful as always Naga, have a lovely Sunday,” another social media user said.
It comes after Naga snapped at BBC weather presenter Carol Kirkwood to “wait your turn” during her presenting stint on the show.
Last week, Carol popped up on screen in the BBC studio ahead of her weather segment, with sports presenter Mike Bushell quipping: “I always get misty eyed when I see Carol. In a nice way.”
Naga wondered: “Is there a negative way about being misty-eyed about Carol?”
Mike replied: “No” and Carol quickly interrupted saying: “I am here, chaps”.
Cheekily, Naga told her: “We’re talking about you, not too you. You wait your turn!”, before telling her: “Now is a good time Carol!”
BBC Breakfast airs daily on BBC One from 6am.
